The matching rubber plug is made of high-elastic medical butyl rubber, which fits closely with the inner wall of the syringe barrel throughout the process, with no side leakage and no residual liquid, resulting in higher irrigation efficiency. Each product is sterilized by ethylene oxide, sterile and impurity-free, individually sealed in single package, ready to use after opening. The inner packaging adopts single independent sterile plastic bags, which are packed into middle boxes in fixed quantities; the middle layer adopts thickened custom cartons with internal partitions to fix, avoiding syringe barrel friction and scratching during transportation; the outer carton uses five-layer reinforced corrugated cartons, reinforced with high-strength packing straps in cross shape, with excellent compression and drop resistance. For standard orders of Disposable Irrigation Syringe, we adopt the conventional payment term of 50% advance payment + 50% balance payment. Production will be officially scheduled after receiving the advance payment. After the goods are produced and pass all inspections, we will notify the customer to pay the balance. After the balance is received, we will arrange shipment immediately and provide a full set of shipping documents. For customized orders, 100% of the customization fee is required for new mold opening or exclusive packaging, and the bulk goods are still implemented with 50% advance payment + 50% balance payment.
