Our Retractable Needle Safety Syringe is made of medical-grade polypropylene for the syringe barrel and plunger, paired with high-hardness stainless steel needles. The syringe barrel has clear and wear-resistant scales, uniform injection resistance, and the residual liquid volume is far lower than the industry average. The retraction spring of the product is made of medical-grade stainless steel, verified by tens of thousands of rebound tests, with smooth triggering and no jamming. After retraction, the needle is completely hidden inside the syringe barrel with no exposure risk. Each batch of products undergoes strict sealing and leakage tests to ensure sterility during storage and transportation. Currently, the product has passed CE and FDA certifications and can directly enter the mainstream European and American medical markets, making it a core cooperative model for overseas distributors and medical device brands.

Widely used in clinical injection in hospitals at all levels, vaccination in centers for disease control and prevention, supporting blood collection, community medical services, physical examination centers and other scenarios. It is also applicable to injection operations in animal medical scenarios such as pet hospitals.

We have established a quality control system throughout the entire production process, and set up multiple inspection nodes for the Retractable Needle Safety Syringe. Full incoming inspection is implemented before raw materials are put into storage to control material compliance from the source; real-time inspection points are set in key processes such as injection molding and assembly to monitor process parameters and semi-finished product accuracy; 100% sealing test and appearance sampling inspection are implemented in the finished product stage to ensure each product meets the factory standard. We are equipped with professional testing equipment such as force gauges and sealing testers to conduct data-based verification of the core performance of products. At the same time, we have established a complete product traceability system, which can be traced from raw material batches, production batches to shipment records, and any problem can be quickly located and handled in a closed loop.

The inner packaging of Retractable Needle Safety Syringe adopts independent sterile plastic bag packaging, and the middle layer is fixed with custom cartons and partitions to avoid shaking and extrusion during transportation; the outer carton uses five-layer reinforced corrugated cartons, reinforced with high-strength packing straps, with excellent compression and puncture resistance. The outer carton is clearly printed with shipping marks and warning signs, and is accompanied by a full set of documents such as packing list and product certificate.
